Renovation of a small duplex in Llançà, Alt Empordà.
Of very limited dimensions, the inverted distribution is maintained, with the living room, dining room and kitchen on the second floor, and the night rooms on the first floor. Local materials such as manual “tova” are chosen for flooring and cladding, or Sant Vicenç stone for the kitchen countertop.
A built-in sofa distributes the main room, organizing the space of living room, dining room and kitchen. A large mirror on one side creates the effect of a larger space. The result is a cozy, spacious and bright space, with views to the Costa Brava.
